Recruitment Consultant-Senior IT Recruitment Consultant-Business Development

We are rapidly expanding and as such we are looking to recruit a number of 360 Recruiters with the relevant experience into our UK team.

Are you money driven, enthusiastic and ambitious? Looking for a recruitment role based close to home? We have a number of opportunities to become an Essex based 360 IT Recruiter with a well-established and extremely reputable company, that has been operating for over 15 years. We are currently seeking ambitious professional individuals with a proven track record in professional full-cycle recruitment.

You will be responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.

For the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant you will require:-

At least 3 years previous recruitment experience ideally within the IT or FS sector

Proven track record of winning business and converting this into revenue

Confident making sales calls

A Strong work ethic

Be self-motivated and enthusiastic

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

You would need the confidence and the ability to be able to build relationships with new and existing clients and experience in IT is preferable, however previous experience in 360 recruitment is essential.
