Operations and support
You will take on application responsibility and operational support in the POS environment, primarily in the areas of POS, scales and EFT.
You advise and support our users and are responsible for 1st level support: receiving and resolving fault reports and user problems, also in collaboration with our external 2nd level support service providers.
You are a link between business, IT and providers.
You create and maintain the process flows and operational documentation.
Further development
You support us in the implementation of POS projects (from feasibility testing to introduction).
You work in change and release management (business analysis, specification, cost analysis, testing, piloting, rollout, etc.).
THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
You have completed training in IT or retail with further training in the IT sector (HF or FH such as business IT specialist).
You have specialist knowledge and experience in the POS and SAP environment, preferably in trade/retail (SAP-Retail) as well as in business analyzes and requirements engineering.
You have a quick comprehension and a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility.
You are an open personality with good communication skills.
You approach your work in a structured and analytical manner.
You demonstrate willingness to do on-call duty and weekend work
You are a team player with above-average commitment and flexibility in a very dynamic environment.
You have fluent German and good knowledge of French.
