- Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Successfully establishing payroll business requirements with customer for a new payroll on E-Bus 12.2 * Implementing a new E-Bus 12.2 Payroll as per customer requirements * Producing written quality AIM documentation (English) for design, build and unit test : BR100, BF160, CV/MD50, Testing documentation, MD120 * Conducting unit testing for the entire payroll solution prior to custom UAT * Knowledge share with the clients Oracle SME team * Attend meetings and calls with the client and customer & establish high quality communications and understanding of the proposed solution progress as its evolves Required industry competencies: * Oracle AIM Implementation competencies * Strong SME functional Expertise in E-Bus 12.2 payroll data models and configuration (e.g. Costing Segments, Elements, Value Sets, Fast Formulae, Leave Schemes) is essential. * Element, Schemes and Costing setup /creation * Understanding of HR data in E-Bus data model context Desired Competencies: * PL/SQL * Shell programming * Interfaces in and out of Payroll While technology is at the heart of our clients’ digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
