I am hiring a Senior Designer who sees beyond the screen. If you're someone who connects the dots between product, service, and strategy. If you're passionate about designing with business outcomes and creating good user experiences, then this is a position for you.

We're after more than just seniority on paper. We want a well-rounded designer with strong instincts and the ability to move fluidly across disciplines and connect the dots from service design and UX to systems thinking and strategy.

You should be the kind of person who:

• Thinks holistically: You don’t just design interfaces; you understand the full ecosystem behind them.
• Designs with purpose: Able to tie decisions back to user needs and real business impact.
• Thrives in ambiguity—comfortable navigating uncharted territory and shaping solutions across teams.
• Can move from high-level strategy to hands-on delivery with ease.

Your toolbox might include:

• Service Design, UX/UI, and Interaction Design
• Systems Thinking and DesignOps familiarity
• Workshop facilitation, prototyping, and user research
• Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and tech teams
• A solid portfolio showing impactful design work
• Experience with multiple platforms

Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of experience in Design across Service Design, UX/UI, and Interaction Design
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Figma Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience with creating designs for various platforms
