Your Mission
As a Project Manager in Public Sector Transformation, you'll take ownership of large-scale programmes that shape the future of digital government. You’ll lead cross-functional, international teams to deliver robust solutions for public institutions, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and citizen impact.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver complex public sector IT projects on time and at high quality standards

• Advise senior government stakeholders on the use of AI technologies, scalable infrastructure, and agile delivery models

• Manage full lifecycle public administration transformation – from strategy through execution

• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams using global delivery resources and external technology partners as needed

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar technical field

• At least 7 years of experience managing IT implementation projects, preferably in public administration or large enterprises

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, contract structuring, and performance control

• Experience coordinating global delivery teams and navigating complex transformation challenges

• Fluency in German and English with strong communication and leadership presence
