SENIOR AVALOQ ENGINEER
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Avaloq Consultant—someone with a passion for Financial Services, equipped to pinpoint challenges, and unleash creativity to reimagine solutions that will mould the industry's destiny.
You will be working on a major transformation project for a prestigious global private bank, a challenge that spans continents yet finds its pulse in Switzerland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead projects from Business Analysis to Implementation, steering their entire lifecycle.
- Craft scalable operating models vitalizing investment management processes.
- Independently drive workstreams, ensuring top-notch deliverables and timely outcomes.
- Mentor and manage a team of Consultants, sculpting meaningful work packages.
- Forge strong client relationships, fostering regular updates and networking.
- Play a pivotal role in business development—shaping topics, crafting proposals, and sealing deals.
But that's not all. You'll pioneer new service paradigms, sculpting requirements, documenting processes, and crafting value propositions that lead to tangible prototypes. Your strategic input will echo in business cases and senior management presentations, propelling the transformation forward.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree from a prestigious university.
- 2-3 years of hands-on Avaloq implementation experience as an Avaloq Certified Professional.
- Proficiency in English; German proficiency is a bonus.
- A knack for complex IT systems and a creative flair for investment management.
- Programming prowess (Python, Java, SQL), complemented by Financial Services project management experience.
- Superb analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- A strong team player with excellent social skills.
DESIRABLE:
- Additional certifications (CFA, CAIA, RFM, PMP, SCRUM, SAFe).
- Hands-on IT architecture and engineering skills.
- Prior experience in consultancy, banking, or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Sketch, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Matlab.
- A passion for user experience and design.
