- Job Summary:
The Business Development Director is responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy to drive
growth through the sale of our products and services to new clients . This role involves building and
maintaining strong prospect relationships, understanding market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional
teams to secure revenue and market share objectives. This role is forward-thinking and well-connected within
the industry. It must be capable of driving growth through strategic sales campaigns and client-centric
solutions.
Role Requirements – Measurable Result Area:
1 Responsibility for creating and executing the sales and marketing strategy focused on securing new
business, developed in collaboration with the business leadership and supported by the wider pre-sales
team
• Understand and manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Responsible for setting prospect expectations and maintaining productive and collaborative relationships
• Deal with prospects personally at a senior level
• Build effective relationships with prospects as well as with internal teams and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with new clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing insights and solutions to address their specific requirements
2. Responsible for maintaining full collaboration with the Senior Leadership team as well as ensuring full
collaboration and effective working across teams. (Product, Consulting and Marketing)
3. Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver enhanced performance throughout the
company.
