Panther - Training Consultant

project are seeking a Training Consultant with experience of: - designing, writing and creating Training materials across different methods and media – i.e. quick reference guides, eLearning/Computer-Based Training (CBT), and classroom courses - creating CBT using Lectora - classroom delivery of Training (desirable, but not vital) - conducting Training Needs Analyses to JSP822 DSAT standard (Defence Systems Approach to Training) (desirable, but not vital) The Training Consultant will work alongside a Training colleague already on the project to share the task of creating Training materials in line with the agreed Training solution (resulting from a TNA conducted for the project), and assist with conducting further DSAT-compliant TNAs as required for future capabilities. Applicants must be: - DV cleared - willing to work on project site alongside the client. The role is open to Business Analysts without specific experience of the toolset.
