- This role reports into the Insurance Product Director. You will operate in a project team environment on either Eurobase or client premises, which could be overseas. Therefore, some mobility will be required, including the need to travel.
You will need to develop an excellent knowledge of Synergy2, the market leading product for the insurance and reinsurance industry and be able to communicate this to different levels giving them confidence that the product is suitable for their needs from a business point of view. You will become a Synergy2 subject matter expert (SME).
Proven experience is essential and you must have had at least one successful delivery of your business design into a production environment to support a key process of insurance administration.
You will also provide business and product related support to the pre-sales team, which includes ensuring that client’s and prospect’s requirements are understood, and the business solution is mapped against these requirements.
Key Result Areas:
• Provide product and business expertise on a Synergy2 implementation project, supporting a Senior Business Consultant. This will include participating in workshops with the client as part of the Implementation Study.
• Identify the best fit solutions for meeting client requirements based upon the existing functionality of our insurance products, identifying where customisation will be required.
• Contributing to the Synergy2 Roadmap by proposing improvements where required and/or producing requirements documentation.
• Working closely with the pre-sales team, supporting them in preparation for system demonstrations and responding ad hoc to RFI/RFP queries.
