 As a Sales Manager for Microsoft Modern Work, you’ll drive new business acquisition and support existing accounts by offering tailored solutions based on Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud services. You’ll collaborate with presales and technical teams to guide clients through the entire buying journey – from discovery to deal closure.- What You’ll Do - Acquire new clients and design targeted sales strategies 
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships through on-site visits and personalised support 
- Advise customers on Microsoft Modern Work solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure) and their application in business settings 
- Create customised proposals and lead commercial negotiations 
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity 
- Work closely with marketing and consulting to align offerings with customer needs 
 - What You’ll Bring - Several years of experience in software sales, ideally focused on Microsoft Modern Work or related solutions 
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products and their use in enterprise environments 
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach 
- Fluent German and very good English skills 
- High customer orientation with the ability to identify and respond to business needs 
- Willingness to travel within your designated sales territory
