- WILTSHIRE - £500 PER DAY - CONTRACT
INCIDENT AND PROBLEM MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead major and critical Incident investigations through management, coordination and appropriate challenge of technical resources.
- Ensure Incident progress is tracked through action plans and the provision of communications to the wider organisation.
- Carry out post incident reporting containing major and critical resolution information and establish appropriate actions to identify root cause and prevent recurrence, including the completion of Root Cause Analysis and Post Incident Review documentation
- Coordination and leadership of the technical teams during incident resolutions.
- Analysis and trending of service outages.
- Leadership of service and process improvement initiatives
REQUIRED INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- Recent experience of performing Incident Management or Problem Management roles
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form, confident meeting with internal and external Senior stakeholders
- A basic understanding of Tech application and infrastructure terminology, along with entry level understanding of the principles of - Cloud technologies
- Risk Management
- Managed a small team
- Able to work and remain calm in a pressured environment while considering the needs of multiple stakeholders
EXPERIENCE:
- Understanding of Agile development processes
- Experience in Cloud Platforms
- Experience in Defence
- ITIL Foundation qualification
