AGILE DELIVERY MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Advancing the team’s Kanban Ways of Working and implementing change to assist with lead and cycle times.
• Running Agile events and updating associated artefacts.
• Helping manage the expectations of senior service and component stakeholders.
• Working with the team to improve prioritisation and estimation in a demanding environment.
• Building relationships with service and component teams.
• Reporting concisely and accurately on a regular basis.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Essential:
- Agile Project or Product Management (Scrum, Kanban)
- Senior stakeholder management
- Progress reporting & associated metrics
- Risk & Issue management
Highly Desirable:
- Jira and JQL
Desirable:
- Experience working with a Service Support team
