Senior Business Central Consultant (m/f/d)
Location: Remote within Germany, with travel to client sites
Compensation: Up to €100,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Your Role
- Project Delivery & Guidance: You’ll manage and support the implementation of both small-scale and complex projects from start to finish—optimizing operational processes and delivering real improvements to client performance.
- Bridge Between Business & Tech: Understand your clients' production workflows and translate their needs into smart, efficient solutions using MS Dynamics 365 BC, working closely with developers and stakeholders.
- Operational Lead: Oversee system rollouts, supervise test cycles, and ensure efficient coordination of release and change management activities.
- Strategic Partner: You don’t just deliver what’s asked—you identify untapped potential, propose forward-thinking solutions, and add measurable value.
Your Background
- Consulting Experience: You’ve got a track record in business or IT consulting and can seamlessly integrate into active project environments.
- Production Insight: You know how manufacturing and production operations work—and how to make them better through process optimization and digital tools.
- BC Familiarity: Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is a big plus. If you're not fully up to speed yet, we’ll provide expert training.
- Communication & Adaptability: Comfortable working in both English and German. You’re happy to travel when needed and thrive on variety in your workday.
