Your Mission
As a (Senior) MES Consultant, you’ll work closely with both national and international clients to optimise and implement MES solutions, particularly in environments integrated with SAP. From early-stage concept development to design and rollout, you’ll guide clients through transformative projects that enhance manufacturing operations.

You’ll take ownership of full and sub-projects, lead workshops, and support presales activities. Your technical and process knowledge will help deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and support modern manufacturing needs.

What You’ll Do

• Drive MES implementation projects, especially with SAP-integrated systems (ideally SAP DMC)

• Optimise client manufacturing processes and design tailored MES solutions

• Lead workshops, deliver functional designs, and support rollouts

• Take part in presales efforts, including client consultation and proposal support

• Collaborate closely with technical teams and clients throughout the full project lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

• Project experience with MES systems, ideally integrated with SAP (e.g. SAP DMC)

• Process knowledge in related SAP modules (e.g. PP, MM, QM)

• Basic ABAP skills are an advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Fluent in German with good English proficiency

• Moderate travel flexibility within project scope

• A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for digital manufacturing innovation
