 As a Key Account Manager, you’ll lead the entire sales and presales process – from identifying opportunities and managing bids to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. You'll collaborate closely with technical experts to present solutions that meet each client’s unique business goals and represent the company at key events and industry forums.- What You’ll Do - Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor 
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity identification, presales coordination, and contract negotiations 
- Develop custom proposals and lead commercial discussions 
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and client-facing events 
- Identify new market opportunities across SAP and Microsoft service lines 
 - What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in key account management, ideally within the SAP or Microsoft ecosystem 
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, especially SAP and Microsoft products 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset 
- Ability to identify customer needs and present customised solution offerings 
- Fluent German and very good English skills 
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory 
- High motivation and strong commitment to client success
