Description
The client is a team of 50+ therapists, support staff, operators, and tech enthusiasts who provide speech and occupational therapy for their patients online and in their clinics. Your role:

The client is hiring a Head of Product (f/m/D) to lead the development of their digital therapy software. The client wants to solve long waitlists and develop a seamless patient experience between online and in-person therapy. Your tasked to own the journey from ideation to validation and launch of the product. In parallel, you will build a small, yet impactful engineering and design team in-house and coordinate external resources.

Your tasks:

- You are the first person in the product team and responsible to define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
- Build and lead a small and impactful design and engineering team in-house or by leveraging external resources, to deliver exceptional customer-centric experiences.
- Ideate, validate and launch our clinic management software and digital therapies that unlock further growth potential.
- Adopt a "test and learn" approach to product launches, iterating based on user feedback and market insights to continuously improve our offerings.
- Act as the subject matter expert and evangelist for all our products, supporting both customers and therapeutic staff in maximizing the value and benefits of our platform.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the validation of product/market fit and drive iterative adjustments based on market learnings.
- Effectively plan and manage product spend in alignment with wider business budget constraints, considering factors such as build versus buy decisions and resource optimization.


Requirements:

- 4+ years of product management experience, including successful product development from inception to market.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in effectively building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building products within the healthcare industry or similar sectors.
- Passion and enthusiasm for building digital products and creating solutions that cater to the needs of children, their parents, and seniors.


Highly Advantageous:

- Proficiency in user research and rapid experimentation (A/B testing) techniques.
- Aptitude for creative and strategic thinking, with a willingness to collaborate closely with our founders to contribute to the growth of the client.
