 The client assists their clients to be mature in their data footprint. Data and analytics are the engine that propels our clients business forward, with reliable and well-managed data being a critical component in achieving our client’s overall strategy. They are fully committed to delivering a world-class data and analytics strategy for their clients and are now looking for an experienced Visualisation Consultant to join them in fulfilling this commitment. The successful applicant will work both across internal business functions, and external client projects.
 
 The client offers clients innovative and outside the box advisory service, helping them transform the way they look at their data. Their clients rely on their expertise to break down a complex issue into simple business language.
 
 As a Data Consultant, you will need to be UK based and be able to visit client site for meetings. You will have strong presentation skills which will enable to clearly present solutions to clients. You should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. You should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient.
 
 Your skills and experience:
 
 · Reconcile transformed data with current platform or expected data and work with business for deliverable’s sign-off once the variance is validated or fixed.
 · Responsible for processing and analysing data and performing statistical analyses on large data sets to provide valuable insights.
 · Work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
 · Analyse and translate business need to create data models and transition to data engineering and visualisation teams.
 · Identify patterns and trends in data sets and provide insights into the underlying factors that drive them.
 · Understand End to end data flow from API to final Reports to identify if data issues at source or transformation level.
 
 Qualifications:
 
 · Strong SQL skills and data warehouse knowledge
 · Good communication and presentation skills
 · Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Zebra BI or Tableau or Power BI is a plus
 · Experience working with databases and data analysis tools (primarily MS Excel)
 · Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 · Basic data cloud transformation knowledge
 · Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
 · Extracting Insights and presenting it in actionable form
