Your Mission
As a consultant specialising in SAP ERP Variant Configuration, you will guide clients through the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and optimisation. Using the latest SAP technologies, you’ll model complex product configurations, support digital transformation goals, and help translate business needs into effective technical solutions. You’ll also lead client workshops, provide end-user training, and manage full or sub-projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver end-to-end consulting services in SAP variant configuration

• Design and model complex, configurable products within SAP ERP

• Support client teams in aligning business processes with technical functionality

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users and stakeholders

• Manage projects or sub-projects, ensuring client success throughout the engagement

What You’ll Bring

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, with hands-on work in variant configuration

• Strong expertise in modelling configurable products

• Solid knowledge of SAP ERP and familiarity with ABAP

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Willingness to travel and high flexibility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, confident approach

• A high level of enthusiasm and motivation
