Your Mission
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you’ll work with national and international clients to evaluate, design, and implement efficient HR management processes. From gathering requirements to rollout, you’ll play a key role in modernising HR systems and supporting transformation initiatives. Depending on your experience, you may also take on team or sub-project leadership responsibilities, or develop into a deep technical expert.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse business requirements and define streamlined HR process designs

• Lead or support the implementation and customisation of SAP HCM, including roles and authorisations

• Design system extensions and integrations (RICEFW objects)

• Support test planning, execution, and production go-live

• Deliver regular status updates and manage tasks within your area of responsibility

• Progress into either a specialist expert or project leadership path

What You’ll Bring

• A degree or equivalent training in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with SAP HCM

• Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support

• Deep knowledge of at least one core area: PA, OM, SW, LSO, PE, PT, PY, or E-Recruiting

• Ideally, experience with SAP ILM and familiarity with the transition to HCM for S/4HANA

• Strong communication skills in German (C1 or above) and English

• Willingness to travel as needed
