Drive international cloud HR transformation projects and help leading companies modernise their human resources landscape. With your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-performance HR processes that deliver long-term business value.

Your Mission
As a consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll advise enterprise and international clients on the implementation and optimisation of cloud-based HR systems. Working as part of a cross-functional project team, you’ll lead or contribute to key project phases—from requirements analysis and solution design to testing and go-live. Based on your experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role or develop deep functional expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into standardised HR process models

• Design system implementation concepts and RICEFW object enhancements

• Support test planning, execution, and transition to productive operations

• Prepare regular project status reports

• Lead sub-projects or teams (depending on experience)

• Contribute to strategic HR transformation initiatives for top clients

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in business administration, IT, business informatics, or industrial engineering

• Experience managing or delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects

• In-depth process knowledge across HR domains

• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals)

• Strong communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in German and English
