Current Opening: SAP Finance Lead Consultant

The firm is now hiring a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to lead and develop its SAP Finance services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of SAP Finance consultants

• Contribute to business development and project pre-sales

• Conduct workshops and needs analyses with clients to understand financial processes

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions based on best practices

• Guide clients through full project lifecycles, including training and post-go-live support

• Identify process improvement opportunities using SAP capabilities

• Participate in proposals, demos, and stakeholder engagement activities

• Engage in knowledge sharing and internal training efforts

Ideal Background:

• Proven leadership experience or aspirations to lead in the SAP Finance space

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP Finance consultant

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Strong delivery record in SAP implementations, including configuration and customisation

• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables

• Relevant SAP Finance certifications

• Academic background in finance, accounting, IT, or similar

• Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required
