 Planning & organization
 
 - Planning and management of digital marketing and sales projects for customers with interdisciplinary teams, especially for website and HubSpot implementation projects
 - Briefing of designers, copywriters, developers and other subject matter experts for your projects
 - Project setup in Jira, updating the project plan, project controlling and project documentation
 - Cost Control/Budget Adherence
 - Adherence to appointments and deadlines
 - Communication within the team, across departments and with stakeholders internally and externallyproject documentation
 - Daily stand-ups with your cross-functional team on the current progress in the projects
 - Weekly retros with your cross-functional team and clients on last week's sprint
 - Conception & implementation
 - Preparation and implementation of customer workshops on all topics relevant to growth, such as marketing strategy, traffic and lead generation, marketing & sales alignment, SEO and SEA, website development
 - Use of your strong analytical skills to create decision-making bases with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar etc
 - Presentation of your ideas and concepts to the customer and derivation of concrete measures
 - Creation of concepts for the automation of marketing & sales processes and control of the implementation.
 - Design and implementation of A/B testing
 - Implementation and development of customer journeys
 - Interest in current topics and trends in the field of marketing & sales automation and pleasure in carrying and imparting this knowledge to the outside world
 
 
 
 Job requirements:
 
 Do you bring these qualities with you? Then you are well prepared for your everyday life!
 
 - 3-5 years of experience in the development and direct implementation of digital CRM strategies and campaigns in marketing and sales
 - Completed studies, ideally in the field of business administration, marketing communication or a comparable education
 - Safe handling of CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce), digital analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar, SEMRush, Google Data Studio)
 - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to draw the right conclusions from data
 - Team player and enjoy working in a fast-growing environment
 - Very good German and good knowledge of English
 
 
 These skills will put you in pole position:
 
 - HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub Certificates
 - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud Certificates
 - Microsoft CRM, SAP CRM or similar certificates
 - Google Certificates
 - Practical experience in an agency, a consulting company or in a SaaS company
 - Experience implementing Hubspot CRM & Automation projects
 - Scrum experience
 - Project management experience with tools such as jira, asana, trello, teams or similar
 - Experience with data analytics
