What You'll Do
Develop and maintain the long-term vision, strategic direction, and roadmap for your product area.
Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams to validate needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Represent your product confidently in internal meetings, industry events, and customer engagements.
Lead cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and sales — to deliver continuous product improvements.
Translate market and customer insights into prioritized product features that drive real user value.
Work closely with marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to guide future iterations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (non-negotiable).
Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
Experience with data-centric products: integration, quality, compliance, and security in enterprise environments.
Insight into customer buying behavior and product usage.
Proven skills in business development and stakeholder presentations.
Ability to conduct market research to deeply understand target customers.
Open and collaborative approach across all levels of the organization.
A strong grasp of cross-functional team dynamics and requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and product viability.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
Self-driven, confident, and highly motivated.
Strong team player.
Willingness to travel occasionally (~25%, including occasional evenings/weekends).
Open to candidates based in the EU.
Bonus: Knowledge of Data Management Platforms, Microsoft Azure, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industries.
