Good Afternoon Martin

We have two opportunity's for a SAP HCM / Success Factors with Employee central and also Time management.

There is a senior role and more of a junior position.

Our client is looking for both freelance and permanent consultants so please let me know what you are looking for.

The roles are based in Germany and Austria and hybrid/ Remote

You need to be fluent in both German and English.


Senior role
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
You have built up in-depth knowledge of HR topics and especially HR processes and are interested in new technologies
You have the SAP SuccessFactors certification for Employee Central - experience and/or certification in other SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
You are a committed team player with a high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
Flexibility and willingness to travel

Junior role
You have at least 2 years of professional experience, most of which are in consulting with a focus on HR or IT
You already have experience in the HR Cloud environment and ideally the SAP SuccessFactors certification for Employee Central or comparable cloud software. Experience and/or certification in other SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
You have in-depth knowledge of HR topics and especially HR processes and are interested in new technologies
You have already gained experience in working on complex IT or HR transformation projects
You are a committed team player with a high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 25%)
