Software Engineer (Backend)

We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer (Backend) to join our core product team in Norway. You'll work alongside other engineers, product managers, designers, and data analysts to build and operate top-notch sales gamification software. The job can be remote from anywhere in Norway, but we do have an awesome office central in Oslo where we have lots of playful people coming in every day.
In our fast-paced and open-minded team, every opinion counts. You'll be involved in planning, design, and implementation of new features, with opportunities to influence architecture and technology choices. You'll also participate in code reviews and technical discussions within the team.
My clients product, as mentioned, used by thousands of teams globally and is available on various platforms, so you'll be working on a modern SaaS with a multitude of challenges. You'll need to be able to work independently, show initiative, and be quick-witted and solution-oriented.
About the position
As a member of our team, you'll contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of new features.
You'll have every opportunity to affect architecture and technology choices and take part in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
We encourage our engineers to join relevant conferences, sponsor learning resources, and arrange internal events to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team. All to make sure we stay up to date with the latest developments and technologies, and that you grow to be the best version of yourself. You'll have opportunities to grow and learn different aspects of running a modern SaaS.
Modern web technologies such as, C#, ASPABCDEF08, Azure, SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, and Azure DevOps. We also use React, Redux, Webpack, Typescript, Jest. Experience with these technologies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
