Your tasks:
As an Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for the technical setup and further development of functions and features in SAP SuccessFactors.
You are responsible for evaluating the technical implementation of business requirements (feasibility, impacts, effort) in SAP SuccessFactors.
Your tasks include system configuration and/or managing external providers for implementation.In addition, you are responsible for coordinating cross-functional requirements and their impacts (“cross-module”) as well as ensuring compliance with system standards.
You analyze and prepare release upgrades for the HR department with regard to relevance, implications, and recommendations for the activation/implementation of new features.Classifying and prioritizing incidents and change requests together with HR Process Owners and 2nd Level Support is also part of your responsibilities.
Your profile:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in implementing at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Compensation Management
Strong knowledge of system functionalities and their configuration in the respective modules
Good to very good understanding of cross-module functionalities and dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors
Team spirit, structured and independent working style, and strong communication skills
Very good German skills (C1 or higher) and good English skills
