Role Overview

As a Senior SAP Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting large enterprises with complex transformation initiatives, helping them modernize their SAP landscapes as part of broader digital transformation programs. You will lead end-to-end SAP delivery engagements with a strong focus on cloud-based architectures and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting high client expectations.

The role offers flexibility in working models, including full-time or part-time arrangements, and supports both remote and on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation

You will manage SAP-enabled transformation programs across a range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, technology-driven sectors, industrial environments, and the public domain. Acting across business functions and technologies, you will maintain a holistic view of delivery while managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, advising them on how modern IT delivery approaches, scalable system architectures, and cloud technologies can unlock new business value. You will ensure high-quality delivery standards and promote best practices in program execution.

Build and lead high-performing delivery teams

You will assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams by leveraging internal specialists, global competence centers, and selected external technology partners when required. Your focus will be on enabling the right skills at the right time to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

• Approximately 7 or more years of experience leading large-scale SAP programs or projects

• Proven track record in defining S/4HANA transformation roadmaps and modern application architectures

• Strong hands-on experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
