- The client is a Norwegian startup company, with offices in both Oslo and Tønsberg. Their journey started in 2021 with two employees, and in just one year they have grown to become a company with over 25 permanent employees. They are a total platform for farm owners and service providers to take care of tenants' needs in a digital everyday life, with an associated mobile application for communication, trade, information and booking. 
 
 Today, there are 100+ buildings in Norway that use the clients services, and the client has approx. 65,000 daily users and 350,000 transactions per month.
 
 The client is a technology-driven service concept, with a focus on the office's digital front. They are now looking for a Project Coordinator who will join the journey. You will act as a link between sales, customer, product and technology, with responsibility for looking after the customer's needs from order to delivery. The role is twofold and you will, on the one hand, onboard and follow up customers from the portfolio, both new and existing. On the other hand, you will be responsible for following up that functional requirements associated with the customer are designed and launched.
 
 
 The client's application gives users access to services and functions that will help simplify and streamline everyday life for users. You will help to ensure that the customer gets maximum value from the product by the customer using the product correctly. To ensure the best possible journey for the end user, you will therefore be responsible for guiding and following up with customers. Support is also an important part of everyday work. This involves receiving inquiries from customers and assisting them with challenges they encounter. Challenges faced by customers can include user errors or other technical errors that must be investigated further

 We are looking for:
 
 • Those who can show relevant experience, preferably support and project management
 • That you have previously managed all or parts of delivery processes with advantage
 • That you are curious, innovative and able to deal with complex issues
 • Has an interest in technology and a good technical understanding
 • Has good oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
 • Preferably higher education in a relevant subject area, preferably with project management as part of the course of stud.
