To strengthen our teams at multiple locations, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business IT Specialist. In this important interface function, you will work across teams with software developers, software architects, and test managers, and will be responsible for realizing your product vision from requirements analysis to conception and delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE WITH US?
- Play a key role in the further development of our leading tax software solution NEST and other new products, used in 14 cantons as well as in municipalities and cities.
- Identify customer requirements precisely, utilize your skills in requirements engineering at customer workshops, and derive future-oriented product solutions.
- Develop your product vision conceptually, define the roadmap, and package the project description in an attractive user story understandable to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prioritize all project and development steps in an interdisciplinary manner to ensure optimal team utilization while achieving the greatest possible customer benefit.
- Create user-friendly documentation for delivery and support the Professional Services department in configuring the new software features for customers.
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
- A degree in business informatics and an affinity for software development, ideally suited for this interface function between development and business administration.
- Additional certifications in requirements engineering (IREB) or as a product owner (PO) are a significant plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of software functionality, architecture, and data flow, enabling you to present product visions effectively, integrating business aspects such as financing and compliance.
- Visionary leadership qualities and a healthy dose of assertiveness. With your sociable and communicative nature, you are a valued team member and can skillfully deal with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of our tech stack, including C#, .NET, Angular, WPF, Oracle, Figma, and Atlassian tools, is a big plus.
