SAP HCM CONSULTANT
YOUR MISSION:
- Do you want to advise international clients or public administration on HR management solutions?
- You will work together with our customers on innovative solutions in exciting projects and thus play a key role in shaping the future of our economy or public administration.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Evaluate the requirements and design efficient HR processes
- You analyze the technical requirements and merge them into uniform business processes.
- You create the concept for a system implementation and produce the design for extensions of the SAP standard (RICEFW objects).
- You will support the test conception and implementation as well as the activities for the transfer to productive operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will regularly prepare status reports and, depending on your previous experience and career path, you will take over the team or sub-project management to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Alternatively, you can develop into an expert with a comprehensive technical and professional skillset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of professional experience with SAP HCM
- You have experience with the implementation, customizing and application of business processes in SAP HCM
- You have knowledge of roles and authorizations in SAP HCM
- You have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the components: PA, OM, SW, LSO, PE, PT, PY, E-Recruiting
- Ideally, you have experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) in the context of SAP HCM as well as knowledge of upgrading to HCM for S/4 HANA
- Process knowledge in public administration is an advantage
- You are a strong communicator in German (min. C1) and English
