TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (GENESYS CX CLOUD)
- A Genesys CX Cloud qualified and experienced technical consultant is required to provide their essential skillset to the Genesys contact centre replacement programme.
- Consultant will be required to provide expertise based on experience for all elements of the Genesys cloud contact centre implementation and customer migration activities and to carry out technical tasks within the programme based on the implementation and migration resource plans.
