SENIOR UI DESIGNER
Join our self-organized team of UX concept designers, UI designers and user interface engineers. We support development teams in making their digital products smarter, more usable and also more beautiful.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- With us you only work with experts, so you also need several years of experience as a designer in digital projects, whether on the agency/consulting side or in companies.
- You have a feel for excellent design and can justify your design decisions internally and externally.
- Your portfolio showcases both UI designs and your understanding of UX.
- Aesthetics and usability go hand in hand for you, as you always have the well-being of the users in mind.
- You don't mince words, you like to exchange ideas and you're not afraid to make contact, even if someone is wearing a tie or has a C in their title.
- You tackle your jobs on your own responsibility and drive them forward proactively.
- You are happy to exchange ideas about the optimization potential of our design processes and continue your own training.
- You enjoy Figma Auto Layout updates and are always looking for the best tools.
- You speak fluent German and good English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You have UI design ownership in the team.
- In exchange with product management, UX and research, you analyze user groups, application context and market environment and derive the design problem.
- You conceptualize, create prototypes and design user interfaces for all types and sizes of screens. You know when it has to be perfect and when a lo-fi mock-up is appropriate.
- You define design languages and develop design systems or expand existing ones.
- You ensure that your UI design is implemented perfectly: you create pattern libraries, accompany the handover to the developers and work in close dialogue with development right from the start.
