Comfone’s Software Development department consists of four SCRUM teams. Each team is responsible for developing applications for our main services and our business portal, Pulse. All apps can be found in this portal, which is one of our major channels providing valuable information to our customers (reports, monitoring, ticketing).
With our agile approach, we are able to deliver new features and functionalities regularly and in a timely manner. Within each team we have well distributed knowledge (Backend and Frontend with seniors, professionals and juniors) from a variety of nationalities.
Your main tasks
Within our SCRUM Team you are responsible to further develop our business portal pulse and to introduce a variety of e-services amongst all our services.
You program with passion, and you would like to apply your skills and creativity to exciting projects?
In this position, you will be involved in the following areas:
Conceptual work for new e-services
Further development of our existing business portal
Collaborating with the software development team on different projects
Performing analyses and developing and implementing technical concepts
Your ideal profile
Advanced knowledge of the programming language Java
Completed apprenticeship as computer scientist with Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence preferred with a bachelor’s degree
Experience in object-oriented analysis and design
Database knowledge (Oracle is a plus)
Experience with Docker
Communicative and independent personality
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and excellent attention to detail
Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a working permit B or C)
