- ABOUT:
In this role, you will be responsible for building applications to add value on top of the clients platform. Obtaining a deep understanding of the (potential) users of the platform which will be essential to designing and prioritising the product features to develop. You will be working closely with the apps and design team.
Expand the application ecosystem of the clients platform to enable them to deliver additional value to our customers.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Develop and execute the roadmap for user-facing applications of the clients platform
- Work together with design/UX and engineering in solution design
- Fully understand the value and the why of the problem to be solved
- Make data-driven decisions via user interviews and opportunity mapping
- Evaluation of feasibility in close collaboration with our development team to support prioritisation of new products or additional features
- Work closely with regulatory to release a medical product (user requirements, software requirements, traceability matrix etc)
- Interface management with other teams to understand the compatibility and capabilities of the platform and request/plan new features with other teams
- Balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Defining and tracking success metrics
- Conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and managing the product lifecycle
- Expected deliverables (amongst others): Launching new product applications, constantly improving existing features, increasing user engagement
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong product and project management skills
- 3-5+ years of experience as product manager /owner in a healthcare/tech-related field
- Experience of agile methodologies
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Medical Knowledge in Radiology is a plus e.g. DICOM
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
- Affinity with common programming languages is a plus (rust, python, etc.)
- You have either a technical background or have worked several years in agile software development ideally B2B SaaS
- You are a stellar communicator: You can communicate on complex topics to a variety of audiences with the appropriate level of detail
- Analytical, structured, thoughtful, and diligent
- Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
- Open and cooperative with team members at all levels in a variety of teams and role
