• Analysis of our customers' business processes and identification of optimization opportunities.
• Consulting regarding the customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC to the specific requirements of our customers.
• Planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC functionalities.
• Customization of the software according to customer requirements.
• Integration of third-party applications and interfaces.
• Conducting training for end users and administrators.
• Providing ongoing support and resolving application issues.
• Creation of detailed technical documentation.
• Maintaining project documentation and updating system documentation.
• Ensuring the quality of implemented solutions through comprehensive testing.
• Identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.
