The client is a technology-driven service concept. The app today summarizes a number of features needed for users in smart buildings. Their application gives users access to services and functions that will help simplify and streamline everyday life for the user. Everything from food that is analysed with AI, access control to buildings and assignment functions is solved there. Currently the product has over 65,000 users with over 350,000 transactions per month
We are looking for a Lead mobile app developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of React native with native Android and IOS skills. The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. Apps will integrate closely with web services and network APIs. In addition to delivering the product the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving mobile strategy.
Requirements:
• Total experience 8+ years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with React Native.
• Experience with mobile applications for Android and IOS.
• Experience with API’s.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Acting as lead React native developer. Play a supporting role across other platforms. Working closely with other mobile app developers in team.
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions and specifications
• Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
• Standardizing our app platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort
• Optimizing performance
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies. Attend industry events/ conference – both online and offline, attending and presenting.
• Performing detailed Code Reviews and setting Coding standards across the team to maintain consistency and coding standards.
