Job Description:
As a Business Analyst Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the clients greenfield projects within the banking sector. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and overseeing the end-to-end product development process. Your expertise in banking processes and systems will be crucial in shaping the clients future products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and clarifications
- Drive agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing
- Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the banking sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of banking processes, systems, and regulations
- Previous experience in greenfield project implementation is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
