- Are you an experienced Creative Director with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills and a master of your craft?
We're looking for a Creative Director and a trusted leader with solid strategic brand, design and digital experience who can turn complex business problems into exceptional design solutions and build strong client relationships along the way.

- Lead the creative vision, strategy and quality of Copenhagen’s brand experiences
- Manage, guide and inspire a growing team of brand, digital and motion designers
- Be the voice of creative excellence and ground breaking solutions across our studios worldwide
- Create award-winning creative work excelling creativity and thought leadership
- Build equitable partnerships with Director-level decision-makers, positioning the client beyond a ‘supplier’ relationship
- Grow and develop the talent of the creative team alongside People Partner
- Part of the management team to set the creative direction of the Copenhagen studio and build a centre of excellence
- Demonstrate broad lateral thinking rooted in references beyond the design world and inspire people around you to do the same
- A collaboration partner to internal teams to define strong responses and points of view to clients' requests and briefs
We would like you to be…
- A craftsman within branding and digital design with a solid track record of leading teams and clients to impactful and integrated, award-winning design solutions
- A strategic thinker ensuring idea driven design solutions delivering on business objectives
- An exceptional communicator and storyteller - both written and spoken - able to inspire and engage business leaders to make bold choices
- A problem solver and visionary with ideas that challenge the ordinary - and the drive and guts - to bring them to life
- A facilitator who can link insights, strategy and creative problem thinking into a solution and host inspiring workshops
- A team player who leads through action - someone who shows the way and sets teams up for success - demonstrating ownership, passion and drive to deliver at the highest level of creativity at every step of the way
- A driver of creative excellence and a spokesman of strategic design internally and externally - spearheading the clients role and achievements across the globe and building the clients reputation
- Work in a connected, agile and imaginative way with the broader team
- An EU national, or have a working permit for Denmark
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language!
