PRODUCT OWNER
We are on a mission to revolutionize the construction industry across Germany and Europe. We're seeking a dedicated Product Owner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital platform and making it a resounding success in the market.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Drive the development and enhancement of our digital platform, ensuring its market success.
- Align with and amplify our product vision, making it the most relevant digital platform in the construction industry.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Manager and CPO to build and manage our comprehensive portfolio.
- Take charge of the product backlog, owning and overseeing a defined product area.
- Craft new initiatives, epics, and features in a user-centric, data-driven manner, working hand-in-hand with our UX team.
- Create high-quality user stories (requirements engineering) and define streamlined workflows and processes for our development team.
- Utilize modelling techniques to enhance clarity, enabling our development teams to focus on implementation during sprints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team during sprints.
EXPEREINCE NEEDED:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a dynamic, agile environment, with a preference for experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, or construction site logistics.
- A proven track record of successfully bringing digital products to market.
- Background in software development, IT project management, or digital consulting, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical details.
- Proficiency in modelling and documenting processes, such as state machines, BPM, or similar techniques.
- Fluency in both German and English.
