SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You lead the development team in both business requirements and communication with stakeholders.
• You feel like an integral part of the development team and don't see yourself as an external control authority.
• You create tickets based on requirements from the various departments, but also on your own initiative and the needs of the team.
• You translate the concepts from the technical requirements together with the team into stories and epics. Break this down into actionable steps with the team.
• You prioritize the requirements in direct contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• You see yourself as the team's information radiator to the outside world.
• You maintain and manage product backlogs and identify dependencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable training.
• You have already gained at least 2 years of experience in the role of product owner and have already successfully implemented IT projects using agile methods.
• You are proficient in Confluence and Jira or comparable systems.
• You like to delve deeper into the subject matter and IT technology and can successfully develop complex topics or projects with the team.
• You have facilitation skills, communication and assertiveness skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a high level of creative motivation as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• You have a strong communicative personality (German and English), a team player who can keep an overview even in complex situations.
