HYBRID - 75,000 EURO - PERMANENT BUSINESS ANALYST THE ROLE: This role primarily involves gaining a deep understanding of our business processes, conducting workshops, and laying the groundwork for the Product Owner (PO), Project Manager (PM), and Requirements Engineering teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Engage with stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop the necessary products.- Basic technical skills, including knowledge of Json and XML, are desirable but not essential.- Collaborate with the PO and PM, working closely to deliver high-quality results.- Work on fulfilment and production, spanning both physical and digital products.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:- Industry experience or knowledge is not necessary; we value a start-up mentality and hands-on approach.- Ideal candidates will have a background in smaller companies rather than large corporations.- The successful candidate should be analytical, an excellent communicator, structured, and self-sufficient.- We are open to candidates with backgrounds in Requirements Engineering, and a PM background is a close match for this role.- A degree in Business Administration (e.g., BSc) is preferred.- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.BENEFITS:- Flexible working hours, start and finish when you want- Pet friendly office- The ability to work 30 days per year abroad- The option to work remotely- 28 days paid vacation - Employee discounts with in house products- Free gym memberships and much more!
