We ideally look for people with IT recruitment experience but other good recruitment backgrounds can be considered and successful new business developers are also welcome to apply.
To develop an understanding of clients requirements, identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by searching our extensive database advertising roles or head hunting. To assess candidates skills through interviews, tests, background checks and references, then make recommendations to the client. All of our positions involve an element of new business therefore this is an essentially required skill.
