Jonathan has been supporting the growth of our technical teams with a particular focus in recruiting Java developers for our Product Development teams in Berlin. So far the quality of the candidates have been matching what we are looking for both technically and culturally. The London School of Economics had recently appointed a new Director of IT which led to a review of working practices, processes, approach to customer services and the management structure within the department. As a result of this process, a significant investment in additional head count was approved in order to introduce and embed these new services.
