Technical Architect – Bracknell – 6 Months - £400 - £450 a day


A hands on Technical Architect to be based in the Bracknell area. Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to be hands on for a customer digital platform. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing architecture and design best practices, along with the following skills.


  • Technical Architecture and Design – Maintain a strategic view of technical architecture and drive improvements by taking a hands-on approach, help in implementing architecture and design best practices 
  • Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined architecture and design process and champion ongoing improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Architecture and design 
  • Team building – promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is following design and development best practices, help in resolving technical impediments 
  • Perform the role of Technical Architect at customer sites 
  • Analyse the current customer digital stack and continuously drive improvements by taking a hands-on approach 
  • Participate in building and reviewing the Technical design and architecture 
  • Review complex stories which need changes at multiple layers and suggest approach to development team 
  • Perform code review and contribute for quality and defect free code 
  • Make sure team follows coding best practices 
  • Good experience and knowledge of scrum
  • Identify improvement areas in existing code and perform code refactoring 
  • Team Management – Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
