Position Title: Service Centre Technician

We require a Level 1/2 Service Centre Technician with good customer facing skills to man a Tech Bar in a busy office. This is to provide 1st line support to customers and triage their technical problems ensuring that the tickets are raised and routed to the correct teams for follow up.
- Meet and greet customers to the centre
- Maintain a log of customer visits and ensure tickets are raised in the support tool
- To triage problems and direct to the correct area for repair
- Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on laptops and mobile devices
- Complete any simple repairs that do not require 2nd level support
- Carry out software installations
- Assist users with mobile devices
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a customer facing environment
- Ability to work in high pressure customer facing support role
