Desktop Support Engineer

My client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to be based in London. This role is for an initial 3 month contract, paying up to £150 per day.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, it is essential that you have had previous experience within a similar position as well as the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience resolving both software and hardware incidents
  • Ability to assist all users with any logged IT related incidents
  • Experience with recording, updating and documenting requests
  • Knowledge of installing and configuring new IT equipment
  • Experience resolving incidents with printers copiers and scanners
  • Ability to upgrade different types of software and hardware
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay Rate: Up to £150 per day
