1st Line Technical Support Specialist - Permanent - Berkshire - £25k - French Speaking
Urgent requirement for a French Speaking 1st line support specialist based in Berkshire. My client is looking for someone to provide essential diagnostic support to their projects
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Technical Support with the ability to communicate in French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from National Sales Companies and follows up by making a call to the relevant Dealer to diagnose problems.
- Resolve queries liaising with other team members as necessary.
- Perform troubleshooting and escalate the problem.
- Rectify problems with laptops and tablets over the phone.
- Arrange delivery of loan equipment.
- Provide back up support to other team members as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Key Experience:
- Prior experience working within a support environment/ Call centre.
- Problem solving experience using diagnostic trees.
- Experience solving general networking issues.
Key Skills:
- French communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent PC skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
