Technical Support Engineer - 1st & 2nd Line - Web and Mobile - Perm Berlin Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer? Do you have both 1st & 2nd level support training? Do you want to work with a business that is working with some of the largest Retail brands in Germany? If the answer is YES then Eurobase would like to hear from you! The role: Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for the hands on support and monitoring for web and mobile application systems with external customers. You will be handling internal calls and queries and using your well rounded technical understanding and your strong customer service skills in order to solve 1st and 2nd level queries. What you need: Candidates should have experience with both 1st & 2nd level support also dealing with 3rd party external and internal clients. Proactive nature and strong communication skills is must.
