Job Description

Application Support Analyst required by Eurobase People for a Permanent position based in Cheshire. Our client is looking for strong technical support experience across Java, C# and .NET applications. You will be required to have strong communication skills with the ability to work within a team and provide support to colleagues; this also includes the ability to communicate with key business partners and customers.

The successful candidate will have good ITIL knowledge ideally being qualified and have Infrastructure knowledge including IBM systems.

Key Skills:

  • Proven results in Incident/Problem/Change and Release disciplines.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the internal and external environments required to deliver the IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of key applications including Java, C# and .Net.
  • Strong and proven results in Incident Management and other ITIL disciplines.
  • Technical Support consisting by use of any languages and technologies.
  • ITIL V3 foundation certified, previous production support experience, development experience.
  • Proven results in Incident/Problem/Change and Release disciplines.
  • Production of high quality documentation.
